Q: How many Backpacks can connect to one receiver?

A: Unlike other technologies, our systems do not require a receiver server to use the broadcast kit. We offer our cloud-based servers to connect directly to your website via our open framework embed code. We do offer a server called a "DCV" and with that installed we recommend no more than 50 backpacks be connected.

Other products require one receiver server for one remote tramsmitter. Our DCV makes considerations for many different IN/OUT Network Connections to Support up to 50 broadcast Connections.

Q:  What if I want to be a distributor?

A: Distributors are required to keep a level of ready-made inventory of Backpack Kits and Tablets. Distributors may offer fleet services and pricing, they support their end-users, they are expected to provide reports for user manual, as well submit artwork, have their own storefront and website. Distributors are required to attend training and certification. Based upon the current retail prices, distributors are our preferred clients.

Q:  How much bandwidth does your video need in uplink?

A:  The Broadcast Kit’s 4 speed packages are the following: 340Kbps, 512Kbps, 1.0 Mbps and 2.0Mbps or higher (depending on network strength).

A:  We offer seamless rollover between 3G/4G/WiFi/LAN and SAT. Our system keeps viewers online, while you might fade to black or insert commercial type messages in your broadcast playlist while you are re-connecting in the field, but our system keeps viewers connected while supporting intermission and other tech to handle adverse wireless situations plus the ability to be "just like television" yet transmit to the world via the power of the internet.

A:  We equip each kit with USB Plugs inside and outside.  Up to 6.   Enclosing does affect the signal and environment considerations.
Q:  How long do we have to wait before the Kit Boots Up and how long do we wait to broadcast live?

A:  Booting will take 30-45 Seconds. Broadcasting will take Approx. 1 Minute with Auto Interface. Time can be adjusted using Manual Mode on your camera.

Q: Does the broadcast end if I change camera or battery?

A: No. The Backpack and Tablet Broadcast Kits operate independent of the camera. Unplugging the Composite Video Camera will make the stream fade to black until the camera comes back on.

Some advanced cameras use hardware and drivers - powering those devices off will in turn make it harder to seamlessly change cameras. Check your camera to see if it needs hardware drivers for A/V Live Viewing.

Our system will not bump off viewers if your internet goes down. Our playlists will roll to a commerical or intermission message if you like, instead of bumping off your viewers...
